Our Story
Handmade in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Small batch. Big heart.
Every seven minutes, a pile of clothing the size of Mount Everest is thrown away.
Ugh, we know. 😓 What we do doesn’t end up in that pile.
BZRO Clothing is what happens when an Emmy-winning artist and puppeteer with a thing for quality craftsmanship and a talented storyteller with a soft spot for big, bold dreams decide to use their talents to get into the business of slow fashion.
We’re David and Cassandra Bizzaro—a wife and husband duo running BZRO out of our home studio in Tulsa. David handles every design, pattern, stitch, dye, and seam. Cassandra runs the shop, the marketing, the inbox, and even this very page you’re reading.
Everything we make is made-to-order or small batch. That’s how we keep things sustainable, personal, and high quality from start to finish.
100-Year garments
We work with quality materials like American legacy mill Cone Denim, vintage and antique fabric, and found heritage fabrics to construct garments that last for a lifetime and beyond. We aim to create 100-year garments that are made to work, not just fashionable.

The mantra behind the machine
Every morning before school, David’s mom would ask, “What are you?” and encourage him to call back, “I’m the greatest.” That daily ritual stuck. It became a mindset, a quiet source of courage against bullies and naysayers. And now, it’s the heartbeat in everything we do. When we sign off with “You’re the greatest,” it’s not a tagline—it’s a truth you take with you when you wear our clothes and support hyperlocal garment making. Because greatness isn’t loud. Isn’t bestowed. Isn’t ego-driven. It’s intentional. It’s honest. It’s practiced. And it starts from within.
But don’t let us fool you…
We don’t take ourselves toooooo seriously. We like to have fun with what we do while hopefully making our itty-bitty corner of the universe a little better than we found it. We have a feeling you do the same. Thank you for being here.
