Named in homage to Tulsa, Oklahoma and our 918 area code, the BZRO 918s offer a contemporary twist on traditional straight-leg jeans, crafted with 100% cotton indigo-dyed denim from Cone Denim. What makes them special? Of course, they are individually handcrafted by yours truly but the exclusive back patch is made of Antron fleece, the same material used to create our beloved muppets. Every pair comes with a little pocket kitty finger puppet made by my friend Gina Kim—who knows the next time you will need a puppet!

Perfect gift

My partner is always lamenting not getting jeans that fit and are sturdy. So for his birthday I got a pair and they are great! Now when he gets all nostalgic for raw denim he can do it wearing his own pair.

Best gift ever!

I ordered a pair of 918s for my hard-to-buy-for construction worker husband so he’d have a nice pair of jeans to go out in. These quickly became his go-tos for work *and* play. They fit great, are high quality and seem like they’ll last for years (even at the rate he’s been wearing them!) He loves wearing them and I feel better knowing about the excellent working conditions of the person doing the cutting and sewing — which is something I can’t say about any other denim co.

Materials, Care, and Cats

  • Materials

    Get ready to groove in our classic straight-leg jeans! Crafted with 100% cotton indigo-dyed denim from Cone Denim, these jeans are stylish but also durable and comfortable. The back patch is made with Antron fleece, the same material used to bring your favorite Muppets to life. So slip into these jeans and feel the magic of puppetry in every step.

  • Care

    Wash your jeans about every 10 wears. Unless they smell funny. When you do wash your jeans, wash them inside out on a delicate cycle. Hang dry is preferred to reduce shrinking, but totally ok to tumble dry. Just keep those babies inside out with you and put them in the dryer.

  • Cat Finger Puppet

    Each pair of 918's come with a cat finger puppet hand made by Gina Kim. The design is inspired by our tailor Terry's cats. He has a lot of cats so the puppets come in a variety of styles. Your puppet will be randomly picked by David!
